ITS A SHAME THAT THIS "SEASONED RENTER" WAS INCAPABLE OF TAKING A QUICK ENGLISH LESSON BEFORE WRITING THEIR THEATRICAL REVIEW.

As most are already aware, this is a website for those to vent about the do's and dont's of renting as well as trying to portray strung out opinions and ventaltions of where they live and what hasnt gone in their favor. In all actuality, if you base your renting on a kitchen rehab, then you are all set to go with coming here. I, on the other hand moved here because of much more! I am a property affiliate at a community close by, mind you, I could move there, to my own property and live rent free! BUT I find this place to be a serenity Now home and suprisingly enought, I REALLY ENJOY MY NEIGHBORS AS WELL!! Make your own opionions when you take the time to visit. Again if you're looking for cheap rent on a C property Im available in Lombard at any time. Once you move in, and Im talking about my not "so excellent property" that will definately give someone something to ----- about!

Before attacking other people regarding their grammar, etc., it probably would be wise to make sure your own is correct. What exactly is a "serenity Now home"??????? I lived in Avalon Lakeside for 3 years and the place could not have sucked any more if it tried. Just because the property you work at (and I'm sure your employer appreciates your positive attitude) is worse than Avalon does not make Avalon any better.

Comical. Absolutely comical. It appears Avalon comes in defense of themselves. The property is not good for what the prices are, and Avalon is a REIT. We know how your business works. You have to inflate prices, maintain a low cost of expenses, and have return on equity. You have to keep your shareholders happy at the expense of tenants. Ticker symbol AVB.
