Just as several of the other reviews have stated, management here is horrendous, apartment contains cheap appliances, utilities are divided unfairly, and the hallways are dirty and smell.

The management at Avaoln Lakeside are never on the same page with each other and don't understand customer service. The guy that works in the office reminds me of a used car salesman who attempts to be WAY too 'buddy-buddy' with you (nice suspenders). He will also answer questions to which he does not know the correct answer. The management does it's sole purpose for the corporate Avalon: keep costs low and revenue high. They do this with little or no care to their tenants.

The appliances in the apartment... carpet, dishwasher, bathroom fans, are all cheap and break easily. 1 washer, 1 dryer, 12 apartments. Enough said.

Utilities are divided throughout the building you live in. I divide my gas with 12 other tenants' So I return from my 2.5 week business trip to pay a $150.00 heat bill' Just another way for Avalon Lakeside to cut corners.

Hallways have ZERO ventilation. Someone cooks a meal, I can smell it for a week lingering within the hallway.

After my 12 month lease, I'm glad I'm out.
My opinion, DON'T LIVE HERE.

Wow... nothing like attacking someone and doing it anonymously! That takes alot of courage. If you are so insistant on writing such a negative review why not do it leaving your name? Maybe if you weren't such a deadbeat and paid your bills on time then you wouldn't get a $150 utility bill!

if you want the ritz hotel go on down to greenbriar place... also each building has 2 washers and 2 dryers and i've not had any issues there... i've been here before and moved back because of the serenity. every complex will have issues you will complain about... this site was not put up to vent like a baby in a soap opera.. get a grip and grow up.
