I have lived at Avalon for 1 1/2 years. This is my second apartment with a property management company. I can tell you some stories about my last place. Office and buildings. I think that the staff here tries to do their job and succeeds. As one person said " I call the office and my work order is completed sometimes within an hour" That shows right there that the office does their job. I have never experienced one saying one thing and the other saying something different. I think they both have done a great job. You try working with hundreds of residents complaining all the time. As far as the apartments go...they are older buildings. That is true. They have new whirlpool appliances. The halls keep odor as any building with hallways keep odor. The noise you hear from your neighbors is that way in any apartment. As for the utilities, this is explained to you when you move in or tour the community. Honestly these people act like this was a shock to them. It was expalined to me when I moved in. All in all I like my stay here at Avalon Lakeside.
