I have recently been a tenant of Avalon at Danada Farms. I have to say... THUMBS DOWN!!!
From the day of move in until the completion of my lease there was not one thing I was satisfied with.
Upon Move in, the tile floors were in poor shape, the carpet was in poor condition and discolored in area, there was a smoker?s smell in the unit, and there were several other problems.
I immediately notified the leasing agent and she was not very much help at all. Nothing could be done about the stained and warn carpet, they would not replace the tile, the smell was in the carpet and not fixable.
I wanted out of my lease, or a different unit, which Avalon would not comply with.
Also... The utility service is awful. You are only allowed one cable service option TVMax which is the worst rated service in the region. You can only use one DSL service which was twice as expensive as other competitors, and you are limited to Ameritech or Verizon phone service.
DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!!
