While the units look great from the outside and service is good - the majority of neighbors are a nightmare....white trash from hell! Management claims there are no rent concessions but, considering the level of what I see in the public areas and the cheap cars, I don't believe it. I pay over $1000 for a one bedroom and my courtyard looks like a hillbilly bodyshop on weekends.
