I lived here and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We had problems with services, many were preformed up to a week late ( washer, dryer quit and it took over a week for them to fix it ). The snow was not removed from the street, and when they were notified, they said it was not their responsibility to move the snow all the way to the curb. It was impossible to get your car out of the garage with the snow over 7 feet out into the street. The staff has a large turnover, and they are very Rude! They is someone there named Jenny and she is very nice, unfortunatly she does not make the decisions.
Also, our neighbors moved out and it took them over 2 months to get their deposit back. Avalon said they lost their new address, the person at Avalon took down the address and blamed our neighbors for not sending their deposit to them on time.
The Avalon staff is very unhelpful and they tend to blame tenants for any issues that a renter might have. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
