The laws of our current constitution do not hold true here. Beware of Avolon making up thier own laws that are insane and there is not a thing you can do about it. Lets start with the cosmetics first:
-if you are a big fan of spiders then get ready to welcome them into your bed. I have killed at least two on a daily basis since october.
-the fitness center is always crowded unless you like working out at 3 a.m. I was running on the tredmill and a man came in and shut off the lights while Im running mind you and started his own workout in the dark.
-At times the place feels like a trailer park with little shirtless kids running everywhere, and the parents of these kids don't seem to mind. However they are quick to give you a death stare when you are trying to get to your place and have to weave around kids and cones on the main road. Parents learn how to watch your kids and take them to the park across the street instead of placing saftey cones to block off the manin street in the complex. Management doesn't seem to care about this problem.
-Whenever someone complains about you, you are automatically guilty. No investigation. For example, I was accused one day for playing music to loud the night before, they threatened me with a fine and when I told them I was out of town on buisness they didn't seem to care. I WAS out of town when this occured. Avalon at Dictator Farms at it's finest. Beware of people complaining, things like this will happen to you.
-If you like living in a place that is the same price as a 300,000 dollar home mortgage than be my guest. It's not worth it, there are many more place that you can go in the area that are less expensive and feel like you live in America rather than live in North Korea.
