I've lived at Avalon for the past three years and I've enjoyed my time there. The apartments are good-sized and conveniently located, the management was friendly, and the maintenance staff was terrific in the few times I needed them.

Even with 3 years' hindsight there is no place I'd rather have lived.

The maintenance staff is great and has been - agree - the office is a whole different ball game - you like the price hikes ?? you like the monthly letters of all the "new" rules ?? you like being hounded to sign a new lease, months after you just signed one, please how unprofessional
