I have been living at Avalon at Danada Farms for over 1 year now and could not be happier. I have read the other reviews and was SHOCKED at these complaints. If you bring issues to the managements attention you may find that they will be resolved quickly and fairly! The office and maintenance have always responded to any/every problem that I have had. You can not beat this location, having an ATTACHED garage and washer/dryer in your apartment. I just renewed my lease for another 15months, and plan on staying even longer. These other people must have other problems and want to take it out here!

i have been here for three years and i disagree with you the old management was good but the new one that came in 8 months ago is like a dictator and will not fix things in my home that need to be done. for the price i pay i should be able to get basic things fixed like tile that is yellow, a air conditioner that works im the summer or my sidewalk sholved (i dont know about you but my parking lot is still full of ice and snow a week after it came down) unless you live by the office where every new customer will see then it does not get done. yes the location is very good and a garage is nice but if you get treated like you live in a communist country what is the point. i would look else where to rent from if i were you. stay away

I agree - with above - your treated as a bother and a lower class of person because you are a "renter" - I never deal with the office
