I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one is my favorite so far. There are no hallways to share and everyone has a garage, so no problem finding parking. Rent is a little higher but includes the garage. They are pretty new and the maintenance guys are good, and actually FIX the problems. Rules, policies, and fines are part of living in apartments, if you don't like....BUY A HOUSE!
I would recommend it, and did to my boss even!

i was there for three years and could'nt get some yellow tile replaced and i was paying $1300 a month so i cant belive you get all this stuff fixed. you should ask your self why there are so many vacant units? it is because nina is making people leave running the place like a dictator. wait itll you move out and get charged for a set of drip pan and a filter above you stove or something else stupid that she came up with to save money on.(like the $1300 a month is not enough to cover that) the places are some of the worst constructed i have ever lived in and for the price you really do not get what you are paying for.the new office staff is not very helpful or smart at that. this place is not worth all the problems you will get so stay away at all cost.

1208 for me a month - in three years my rent was raised from 1025 to 1208 - with no consideration on signing a years lease or being a long term resident - last week I walked into the office, made 30 copies and no one said 1 word to me - very unfriendly place
