I've found this community to be a great place to live. You'll see bad reviews but it has been my experience that these people wouldn't be happy anywhere. They are probably more suitable to the confines of a cage at your local zoo. "The staff makes me feel like a stanger" Boo Hoo...sniffle,sniffle. "They are raising my rent" As if inflation doesn't exist here. "They have rules and fines" Follow them and you won't be fined.

this sound alot like a office staff posting. but if not, you are living in a fantasy world and not at avalon, for the money people spend there they should bend over backwards for us. thats ok though sooner or later the people in Alexandria, VA will start to wonder why there are so many open units and why they keep losing money and the only people they can blame is the office staff.

sounds like an insider posting too. hey, you like feeling like a stranger for 1,300.00 a month - pay me that type of money, and I will treat like crap. Raising the rent - I am ok as long it is fair which it is not - and as far as rules I am ok with them but dont need a 3 page book on my door once a month to remind all the resident - also read your lease - the fines imposed are not in the contract. Sounds like you settle for anything. Sorry
