When I moved in it was great! Couldnt think anything could go wrong....that shortly changed. My AC unit didnt work. I called to have someone come and check that out. He complained and said that I should have called him sooner bc he had so many calls. Did he ever fix the problem' Nope.Having a garage is great! But shouldnt all the residents use them' There arent enough guest parking because of residents parking their own cars in those spots.
After a few months of living here. I had new next door neighboors. They blared their music non stop. The offices response....to call the cops. I was not the only one to complain and yet nothing was done about it.I also love having people drink and throw parties at 3 am.
Dont forget....the wonderful neighbors that like to throw off fireworks.They love to throw fireworks at neighbors homes.And leave light fireworks in the middle of the street.
Now there are cars coming in and out all night....stopping at a certain house...and quickly leaving. I love looking outside to find people smoking up in their cars.
They claim to follow all their strick rules. Please tell me why we have certain breeds of dogs that are not allowed running all over the area with out leashes.
Their rules seem to get worse and worse and worse. I mean come on....a 50 dollar fee for not picking up dog poop! If your trash can isnt brought in at a certain time its a 75 dollar fee!
I was once so happy....and yet I cant wait to leave.

I agree - they do what they want - they community used to be much better - they are letting "anyone" now - the apt across from me had 5 ethic guys living in it - you should have seen the "traffic" in/out of that place at all hours of the night

First, I would like to say that, color or nationality should not determine your like or dislike of a person, prime example- yourself, do you realize how many incorrect words you have in your little temper tantrum? Check yourself, and the next time please try and sound a little more educated.
