Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Wow, some of these people are pretty brutal. What should they expect from what is truly an apartment' I have been here two years and am satisfied. Yes there are hot and cold times, but I have lived in houses that had the same issue. It is not all that expensive, basically $1 per square foot, is that so bad' And the utliity bills are really low, our A/C does run alot during the summer but the bill is less than $50 a month!
