When I moved in the carpets and floors were discolored and stained plus some other minor things like seeing spackeled holes. They have insane rules and regulations most are just stupid. The parking isn't fun and the pavement quality sucks. Since I have lived here the quality of the landscaping has also decreased. If you can avoid these, you should.

Why would you complain about parking when EVERYONE has an attached garage??? Exactly how many people are living in your place?
