All I can say is thank you to the staff of Avalon. It's quite interesting to read the positive and negative posts on here. Upon moving in a few years ago, I was informed on EVERYTHING. At move in, I had no questions. I knew I was going to pay for the utilities, I knew what the rules were (because I signed my lease like everyone does prior to move in). I looked at many, actually tons, of other communities and they ALL have rules/regulations, positives and negatives. I picked this one because it was the best for me, and it was a great decision I do not regret. The office staff is very courteous, respectful, and very dedicated to what they do. Being a business professional, I can respect their frustrations from time to time, but they never let it show when I would walk in. And I can also respect the fact that ANYONE has access to this website (i.e, including competitors and people who have been forced to vacate). I would suggest doing some research and finding the best fit for you. Mine was at Avalon at Danada Farms! If i hadn't of moved out of state, I would still be there..thanks avalon
