First item (I will admit) is partially my own fault - the carpets are filthy. You need to vacum them everyday in order to just give the appearance they are clean. The kitchen fixtures are greasy, worn, and the floor in the bathroom is rotten (we have asked to have it fixed many times. Now my favorite - sometime this year they started issuing eviction notices for people who were late with their water bill - the amount or the lateness of the payment(s)does not matter. I received a notice threatrning eviction if I did not pay a $6 water bill. I find this extremely disrespectful, wasteful, and ignorant in terms of trying to retain tenants.
