I enjoyed the interior, cozy

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
terrible pool hours and rules, management not always agreeable but allows late pmts, nice grounds, lots of noise from main road and often loud people but apt. itself was very cozy and spacious, bigger than most. water pipes broke twice in the one year i lived here so, no water for whole day. brown carpet. no dishwashers! a fair price. new appliances in select apts.
