Not bad if they keep the price down

Maintenance is fairly good. Emergency calls are answered in a timely fashion. The grounds are a little shabby, but mature landscaping makes a lot of difference. Our 2 bedroom looks out onto a small pond. I would recommend this place if you have just arrived in the area and need a reasonably-priced, nice place to stay.
