My first apartment experience and I learned my lesson. I moved in to the apartment on the 1st floor, then hallways reaked of a funky feet smell and it was like 85 degrees in there. I had a brand new carpet which I was happy about but theres more to that later. After serveral days the antiques tiles in my bathroom came up, ants were exploding out of my radiator and in my kitchen. I found a mushroom growing out of my carpet, my screen door was broken, and had little to no control over the temperature in the apartment.Suppossedly a pet friendly community yeah right. My dog barely cried one day when I left the apartment and I got 3 complaints about her. They will rent these apartments to anyone literally. The man across the hall from yelled out these chants all day long everyday. I got not sleep living hear, when the person above my got up in the morning so would I because I heard everything..... I mean everything. So save your money.......
I lived there only a week and a half and had to pay 2 months rent to leave. What a rip off, but I couldnt see being stuck in that hell hole for a whole year.
