I live at briarbrook apts and overall cannot wait to leave. The parking is such a pain..people park in the fire lane constantly and no one ever gets tickets for it. The other option is to walk a mile to your building and this is huge pain seeing as I have a newborn baby. We live on the third floor and our apt is always hot. I doubt we have used the heat at all this past winter. The appliances are less than desireable. It would be a good complex if they put some $$ into it, but it is outdated. As for the neighbors we never see ours which I am glad about. Location is good and that is why we stay..although now we are looking to buy something. There are many maintence problems with our apt..lighting,leaking air conditioner and so on. I would not recommend this place to anyone...Staff here bad...they are rude and don't seem to give a damn about their residents..the whole place just seems run downed..you can find better places for the same $$..trust me..
