I don't know what these other people are thinking who left comments about bad paint jobs, bugs, etc. We moved in two weeks ago and everything has been great. Everything works in our apartment, it was nicely cleaned and vacuumed when we first moved in, and I have not spotted a single "cockroach or silverfish." The only problem we spotted with the apartment prior to moving in was a small pink stain on the wall, which they painted over nicely before we moved in. The apartment has beautiful mini blinds that they put up. The hallways seem to get cleaned every Friday, and they always smell nice and clean. The 2-bedroom that we live in is in a small building with four other apartments, and the laundry room is literally steps away from our door down the hall. We did not have a bad time with the management they all seem very nice and honest in my opinion. Parking is a dream here, there is always a spot because the lot is sooo large. I have lived in Wheaton all my life; trust me these apartments are in a great location for a great deal.

Who ever you are you must work for the company. You need to inspect the rest of the property , the building you stay in is just east of my building which is 1980 and our parking is terrible and our garbage is overflowing all the time. Maintence is a joke, I will admit there was Hispanic gentleman that did a great job as a matter of fact he went above and beyond when it came to service but the rest of the crew ...Lazy and I hate to be so critical but incompintant is the word that best explain it. To wrap things up the laundry rooms are so hot in the summer you can barley stand in there and also since there are pets here peolple wash the pets laundry and leave all type of hair.
