Great Community, Poor Maintenance Person

I really loved our apt, 1st fl, 2 bedroom, and the neighbors are all great, very safe, never felt unsafe. Although, we had some items that needed repair when we moved in, they said they would take care of it, and never did. No pool, fitness center, and poor laundry, but great for college student or newlyweds.
