We have just renewed our lease and are starting our second year here. We are very satisfied in all respects. This is a small, two building complex. The grounds are well-maintained and quite attactive with lots of flowers. The buildings themselves are an attractive color brick with small balconies for each unit.

We have a two bedroom with a very large living room/dining room area. The bedrooms are quite ample with a good amount of closet space. The baths are fine although not thoroughly modern.

The kitchen is a good size with room for a small table. The appliances all work well. There is plenty of cabinet space. Like the baths, it is not decorated in a modern style, but it is very functional.

Our building is VERY quiet with very nice neighbors, most of whom have been here for some time. Dogs are allowed and our neighbors right below us have a fairly yippy dog, but we NEVER hear him barking through the floor. In fact, we hardly ever hear any noise from neighboring units.

The couple who manage the place are extremely cooperative and are quick to make repairs.

We looked at dozens and dozens of apartments in the Wheaton/Glen Ellyn area when we decided to go from house to apartment, our kids having all grown up and moved out. This was a very easy choice, especially because the rent is quite reasonable for the size and condition of the apartments.

I recommend these apartments with enthusiasm and without reservation.
