I've lived here for 3 years and have had for the most part a pleasant experience. The tenants tend to be older which makes for quiet neighbors so if you're looking for the party scene - keep looking! I'm lucky my neighbors on all 4 sides are quiet because the walls are very thin!

Mario the maintenance guy is GREAT - whatever he is getting paid is hardly enough! Jan, the manager, however is not all that friendly and when she's not in the office the women who are there can't answer any questions or help you so it's not the best service. If you live in the 1445 buiding Jan's precious Porche is always parked in the covered drop off area so it makes it almost impossible for tenants in that building to park there to drop off groceries etc.

Like one of the other review - the hallways are dingy and uninviting but the unit itself if pretty nice. There is a lot of space and a walk in closet. Not too many cabinets or counterspace in the kitchen but I don't cook so it worked for me!

The parking is assigned but if you are a single girl coming home late at night your assigned spot is your apt # which isn't very safe. It would be nice if they came up with a better (safer) system. Same issue with the mailbox - your name and apt # is right on there for the world to find you!

Overall it isn't a bad place - you just need to luck out with neighbors and which building you are in. Oh- and if your unit faces the park (east) you may want to get used to hearing cheering at football and softball games. It can get loud at times but once you are used to it you hardly hear it anymore.
