I have lived here over 10 years and my apartment and this complex has greatly deteriorated over the last 2-3 years. It has become VERY noisy - both in my building and in the court yard. It is impossible to sleep with my bedroom window open as there is niose in the courtyard until well into the early morning hours. Also the people who moved into the apartment above me about 6 months ago (early 2009) are incredible noisy - 2 parents and 3 children. The should NEVER have been given a 2nd floor apartment. The ownwer has been sympathetic in words only; he has done nothing to fix the problems. Also in the 10 plus years I have lived here, my apartment has had minimal change (and the building is 30 plus years old). No dishwasher, very old kitchen; my carpeting has not been cleaned in 6 years. My rent is the only semi-attractive thing about the apartment. Therefore after all these years, I will be moving out in the Spring of 2010.
