This place is OK. The management is friendly and nice and flexible if you have money problems. Maintanance is not that good, however. Paint has been chipping in our place for the majority of the time we've been here and the bathroom has mold in it b/c of the poor condition of the fan. Overall, it's not a bad place to start out with and the neighors are quiet and nice.
