Restictive and Unfair lease. Takes over 30 days to get repairs or often even a response from office or workers. Apartment in disrepair, even water leaks not taken care of. Apartment was barely clean when we moved in, dirt all over walls, even after promising that it would be cleaned. Locks on outside doors do not lock, letting anyone into the apartment. Lights in parking lot where broke for over 2 months, leaving the majority of the parking lot in almost total darkness. On the possitive side the nosie level is nice and rooms moderatly large.
