Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2007-01-01

I lived in this complex for years. The price is good, but the quality of the residents keeps getting worse. Basically, the complex is made up of welfare types (physically and mentally challenged) and foreigners (of questionable legitimacy). To be honest, this place hasn't felt safe for several years, but if it is all you can afford, what are your better options?
