We move in to a 2 bed room with a spectacular view in 2000. During the exterior remodeling they paid movers to put us in an upgraded unit with lower rent. When we had our own issues the management went out of their way to help us. God bless the manager and her heart of gold. We would highly recommend this Wheaton center to everyone. We are looking forward going back to first apartment as I the view better. We really like the parking heated garage in the winter. This is a nice place to live.

How on earth can you give highest ratings to "noise" and "grounds"? Are you talking about the same place I moved out of 2 months ago? The whole property is a total disaster right now, and jackhammering all day long everyday, including saturday, is hardly peaceful! Also, the garages are NOT heated, they are merely shelter from wind and snow, which makes the temperature only slightly better than what's outside, and they flood FREQUENTLY. This review is completely inaccurate, just read all of the others and you'll see.

This is obviously either (a) a member of the staff, or (b) an "incentivized" (read, "One month's rent, free, if you give us a positive review!") review. REALLY, you could have tried a little harder...
