Wheaton Center is the WORST!!

I moved in June 2009 and have had nothing but probelms! If the construction isnt enough, we have water leaking into our apartment through the balcony door which is ruining our furniture and carpet! We have a horrible pest problem!!! ... more

I guess I will start at parking. Parking couldn't be worse! You have to rent a spot in the garage where your car will continue to be vandalized for no reason at all. Or park about half a block away ... more
