Great Place to live Lived there for three years! Very good sized rooms, beautiful landscaping, great parking, and nice staff. Our daughters loved the huge courtyad! Close to everything! Never had any problems, repairs are done in a timely manor.

we love wheaton center A to the office staff We move in to a 2 bed room with a spectacular view in 2000. During the exterior remodeling they paid movers to put us in an upgraded unit with lower rent. When we had our own issues the management went out of their way to help us. God bless the manager

Glad to be gone I lived here for 9 years and loved it UNTIL Village Green took it over, no consideration for long term tenants...mass exodus of long term people. Funny how they raised our rents but for new tenants they rented at lower rates...how does that work don't you think that long

overcharge on move out they overcharged me when i moved out. i had cleaned everything, the carpets, kitchen, toilet. still they charged me $240 on top of the $300 deposit that i paid citing damages which was none. They were just trying making me pay for the replacing their old stuff in

Keep Looking The place was ok but they keep raising the rent.
We found a better place in Naperville for over $200 per month cheaper.
Also, they find reasons not to give you your deposit back (see earlier reviews with same complaint)

Avalon is Excellent We moved into Avalon about 8 months ago. We just love it here. It is very quiet. We have one of the 3/4 bedroom units with a 2-car garage. The value is outstanding for the price. We've had a couple maintenance issues and they all have been fixed within a couple hours.

Money Is The Only Problem I absolutely loved Willows! I lived there for my second apartment, just before I got engaged and I absolutely loved it! The apartments were gorgeous and included a fireplace (my favorite)! The complex we are in now is horrible and we wish we could afford Willows
