We've lived in a 3 br at WC for about 6 months, and our experience ha been overwhelmingly positive. Great service (We called on Monday about a referigerator with a faulty seal, they claimed they would get us a new seal, but on Friday we had a brand new - much bigger and better - referigerator), I don't know how anyone could say the office staff was difficult, they have been a joy for us to work with. Very helpful and sweet. The grounds and the buildings are great. We have a loud stereo and like to play it loud, but the buildings are constructed and insulated well, so you can't even hear a stereo blasting in the next apartment. Everything great.
