Woodland Creek aptmts have wonderful landscaping and a lake to enjoy. It does get noisy in the summer with people partying. There is ample parking and underground parking if you can afford it. The worse aspect is the arrogant, stupid staff. I got an eviction notice once due to staff's inability to enter my check. That staff f'd up 3 dif things for me, with no apology. Now there are many empty apartments here. They did offer me lower rent a yr ago when I mentioned moving, that was helpful. I personally do not mind that they have Sec 8 (it is actually a gov-rule if they used gov funds to build). I have not had any issues along these lines. But, I am still moving out of here, and they have a good idea why. So much for customer service.
