Worse the Used Cars

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Office staff will promise anything and LIE (such as the hot tub "being refilled" at the time I saw it rather than the year it had been out of service already. but when it come to time to collecting any type of money - watch out! They're good at that.
