This community looks really good at 1st visit. It really appeals you to be a part of this. Office staff will give you very good move-in deals ( probably because they know how to make up for it).
Once you get in, you start realising how wrong you were to move-in here.
Tennis Courts: Total 6, 2 reserved for Dog ----, 2 are very bad condition, rest are good if you take care to avoid the cracks. Only has night light working. No matter how many times you complain, thgs will remain as is.
Swimming Pool: One Indoor, 2 outdoor: Indoor always has chilled water. Never saw anyone using it in my 9 mths of stay. Outdoor was unhygienic and poorly maintained.
GYM: This is only place which is nicely maintained.
Lake: Very dirty lake. Smells bad and has lot of mosquitos around it. Never saw anyone using boats in it.
Office Staff: Always on the lookout for catching you on the wrong foot. They make their own laws and will force you to pay extra 200-300$ for the late fees. You make one mistake and they will immdiately come after you asking you for more money. And to make matters worse, they are rude. They will be never be nice after you sign the lease.
Rent: One of the costliest apts in the area. Supposed to be LUXURY apts.

This is not true at all. Of all the apartments I have lived in, this is by far the best. I speak with the office staff regularly and they have never been anything but nice, courteous, and quick to address my needs. On a second note... of course they charge late fees when you are paying rent late. YOU ARE LATE! It is not $200-$300 when you are late the first day either. It is only $35.00. I use the lake and ammenities every chance I get and they are in great condition. I would reccommend Woodland Creek to anyone looking for an apartment.
