For once and for all let me set the record straight. I have lived in this community now for 3 years and couldn't be happier. I chose Woodland Creek because of the ammenities and how great my leasing agent made me feel. I really felt comfortable at Woodland Creek the day I stepped into their office. I feel the same way today. I never want to move from here if i don't have to. It is not one of the cheaper places you can live in around here. So yes, they do charge a little bit more; however you are getting so much more for your money. The property alone is phenomenol. It is something like 20 years old but kept up in great condition. They are always quick to have maintenance repair something I called in about- usually in 24 hours. The gym is great! It is by far the largest apt gym I have ever seen. The people here are great. I have wonderful neighbors who share my same feeling about Woodland Creek. I have been reading these ratings that are absolutely ridiculous. People who are interested in this property should visit and stop the residents and ask them for themselves what they think of Woodland Creek. I am sure you would be happy to hear all of the compliments. Not just the complaints (that are false anyways) from the people who go on here to get angry.
