They say they're dog friendly but the mean old russians who live here for free and take up all the handicap parking when they are not disabled always yell and give dirty looks at anyone with a dog. A non refundable $750 dog deposit plus a $350 security deposit!

Maintenance never fix a darn thing, always giving excuses. How hard is it to replace a lightbulb on a stove''' It tooks 6 months and numerous phone calls. Raised rent after saying they wouldn't.

the indoor Spas are a breeding ground for diseases, the pool is warmer than then half the time. The outdoor spa never opened, no sail boats, two broken paddle boats, canoes that were sinking, dead fish all over the place, even saw a dead mallard. The lake was overgrown with fungis and bacteria in summer of 2005.

There is nothing luxury about this place, they never shovel the sidewalks, back path is icy as ever, and the forrest has broken trees waiting to fall on someone. Lighted path......yeah right lights are always going out!
