Nice amentities, horrible management

The floorplans are nice, buildings are solid brick. The lake is terrific. 3 pools are nice, but not well taken care of. A hot tub has been broken for years. The gym is much better than most complexes, however, cardio machines are often broken. Staff is generally courteous when you have a simple task such as needing quarters or lightbulbs. When bigger problems arise they are downright not helpful and rude. The head manager has been the reason multiple friends we have made here have left. They were disgusted with their treatment. They are also not dog friendly. They boast a dog run which is a tennis court with no nets. Management constantly attacks dog-owners with ludicrous regulations - no dogs in elevator even if you live on 5th floor, you must relieve your dog behind the building where it is poorly lit and coyotes have been seen. Petitions have been sent around and nothing has been done. Management definitely needs some professional management training.
