Be prepared to see/hear/endure the nuisances of construction activities in the community. I rented a single bedroom here...

CONS:
* No water for at least two days in a week for a period of 3 hours.
* Walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors alarm @ 5:30am - phone rings - Neighbors conversation!
* Hallway carpets are dull and insipid - lacks pleasantness and aesthetic sense.
* Your name does not get updated in telephone intercom system - You would have to keep reminding the management "Hey, I live here!!"
* Construction work go round the week/month - They are in the process of remodeling the entire units and hence they chose to put the current residents into inconvenience

PROS:
* If you land up here in Spring-Summer time, you could spend your time around the big pond they have - take a walk around it and you would feel nice!
* Appliances are neat and nice - at least mine have not broke down!
* Management - have not had any issues with them - if you pay your rent on time - you have to insist on seeing the apartment you would be moving into!
* The new remodeled are nice but a lot PRICY for its kind!

Maintenance - Have not called/placed a service request till now. If you want to move into this, do not move right now.. rather plan it around summer... I will not move here again cause of the "Paper-Thin-Walls"... If you don't mind getting a free wake up call at 5:30am.. then you have the deal - at your risk!!
