I have lived at Woodland Creek going on three years. I moved in October 2005 and absolutely love Woodland Creek. I have lived in many other places in the area and despite a great sales team and tour at those places, I have always been disappointed with my apartment and the service received after renting. I cannot say enough for the team at Woodland. They are always courteous and conscious of what goes on daily on the property and in the buildings. Although I live in 1 specific building out of the 7 or 8 they have; I have friends that now live in the other buildings and they are kept up beautifully just like mine. They have recently updated the apartments (one of which I just transferred into) and all of the amenities which are gorgeous. Everything is in tip top shape including the landscaping they have just put in. It is nice to see that a community takes pride in the product it sells and I feel I get the value of what I pay for. If I am not enjoying my apartment and all the features it has to offer; I am out at the gym or indoor pool or walking around the lake. I My friends or family that come to visit always have such a wonderful reaction when they come over. I hear," I wasn't expecting so many nice things for an apartment." I feel like I am living in an apartment that has all the luxuries of owning your own home. I feel proud to be a resident here and love my neighbors. The people who live at Woodland Creek are friendly and go out of their way to say hello and chit chat politely when they see you. I cannot say the same for any of the other places I have lived. You get a real sense of community here. As for the maintenance here; I have had to get my fridge replaced a year ago when I lived in the older style apartment and that was done asap the same day! They were quick to assess the problem and get a new fridge for me. I don't think I will have to worry about that anymore due to the fact that everything is new in my place now. If there is anything I have left out, it is that you will not be disappointed. You will love living here.

You must be on crack. I have lived at Woodland Creek since January 2005. I rent a three bedroom apartment. BAD MISTAKE. You can't use the fire place in the winter (even the office staff tells you this! and they even charge you an extra $100 to even have an apartment with a fireplace) because of the "wind" factor. Second, the floor to ceiling windows arent set properly and I received two inches of snow IN MY ROOM doing a snow shower in the winter. The ponds around the apartments are FILTHY. Do you think animals like swimming in massive amounts of garbage? The roads are horrible. They are completely covered in potholes. And at least once a month, someone breaks a treadmill in the exercise facility. The staff is obnoxious and rude. Shrudy (or whatever her name is) is probably the worse person they ever brought in to run the place. Who cares about renovations? They are raising our rent because THEY decided to remodel, NOT the people living in the units. There are only two other families living on my floor in my building because they rasied the rent! And not to mention they have someone chasing away the wildlife that live around the ponds.

Unfortunately I lived in this dump for a year and all I have to say is don't believe a word of this review. It was probably written by one of the ------- in the management office. Management is rude, dishonest and incompetent. Nothing works in the apartments and security is always an issue. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!

This review was probably written by someone in managment -- they close their eyes to what conditions are really like here -- you pay luxury prices for substandard conditions -- it's a shame because the place has potential but the residents are not a priority.
