I have lived at the Oaks at Knollwood for three years and the overall quality of the property has gone down considerably since I first moved in. Most recently I had to file a police report with the Willowbrook police department because a man was exposing and fondling himself while I was using the work-out facility before sunrise. My request for safety enhancements around the work-out facility fell on deaf ears, and the property manager refused to meet with me to discuss the incident.

They have spend more time and money reconstructing the rental office than on the apartments, where the work really needs to be done. When the roof of my apartment leaked from rain over the summer, the management decided to paint the stains rather than fix the leak.

These are just a couple of the reasons the quality of the property has gone down since I first moved in January 2003. Most importantly, I do not feel safe any longer and have already begun looking for new places to live.

I am a resident at this community and I do not know where this resident has been but safety measures where taken for the work-out facility.
