We have lived at the Oaks at Knollwood for the past 4 years and have recently moved. When we first moved into the apartment it was ran by different management than what it is today and to say the least it has been a dramatic change. The quality of the new residents coming into the apartment complex is horrible. Most of our new neighbors in the past 2 years blast there music, have parties in the common areas (at all hours of the night), smells of pot emanating from beneath there doors to stink up our apartment, and overall just not very clean and professional people. These are just some of the complaints and to our dismay were not dealt with by the new management. The price of rent continued to increase each year with very little done in our apartment to account for these increases. The maintenance staff is efficient about time, but only half way fix the problems. Many of these maintenance issues were either fixed by myself or only covered up to show up again for the next tenant. I also agree with a previous reviewer in that more money is spent in the clubhouse than on the apartments. Overall, our experience was pleasant at first but continued to decline to the point of leaving the apartment. I would not recommend living at the Oaks of Knollwood
