We are all one big happy family now! The Knolls is now part of Ascot Glen! Now you are the Oaks at Ascot Glen! I can't wait to check out the 24 hour work room since ours here closes at 10pm.

OH boy are you in for a surprise. The workout room is a joke. Stuff breaks all the time, and takes forever to get replaced. Welcome to Hell. Enjoy gang members, drug dealers, loud neighbors, abandoned cars, and excuses to why stuff takes forever to get fixed. Don???t count on what you had in the past. If it was bad before, well then it just got worse. I can only hope you get our office manager. OMG what a nightmare she is. The rest of her staff can???t count to five. The maintenance crew fixes very little. You will have to make several phone calls to get things taken care of. Don???t expect snow to be removed, or garbage picked up. Enjoy your high priced water and garbage bill. I could go on and on.
