UNIFORMED AND RUDE NEIGHBORS etc.....

The neighbors are very intrusive and rude. The halls always smell like mildew. The apartments always flood when it rains hard. Free air conditioner "yeah right" it never works. The dryers always breaks down.

Also, if you have pets don't move here the neighbors doesn't like it when your dogs bark. Which they must not realize that is what dogs do.
