The staff is very non caring, the area itself is trouble. I have had over 3,000 in damage to my vehicles in the parking lot. Not to mention if you like a quiter setting this is not the place for you, expect loud bass, motorcycles, and muffler free cars all night. And the maintainence staff Jerry-Rig everything and dont even bother cleaning up after themselves! As far as the Section 8 nieghbors and punks who walk around causing trouble if this is your cup a tea save some money and move to the city!

SECTION 8 RESIDENTS SUCK. THE STAFF SEEMS TO THINK IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE A SECURE PLACE TO LIVE.
