Ok but getting a little shady

I lived in Waterfall Glen for two years with two girls, all in our early twenties. We never had any problems with safety. Really the only but problems we had were bad noisy neighbors and the old quirks of the buildings. I would have stayed here but I needed to be closer to the Metra train for work.
I loved and miss a lot of my old neighbors since I have moved. My roommate even ended up marrying the boy that lived upstairs! The neighborhood is starting to get a little shady now, it's different than when we moved in.
The maintenance people were always very friendly and good at getting their job done. The grounds were ok, lots of dog poo because people don't care about picking up after their dogs.
There were always children outside playing, which was often nice to see. Having the forest preserve in my backyard was nice too, I was able to often walk the dog, hike, and ride bikes on the paths.
Overall, I was happy here. It's not a luxury apartment by any means, but it works.

HI, My daughter is thinking of buying one of the condos there at Waterfall Glen. I see a lot of bad reviews of the complex and yours is favorable. Would you suggest doing this?
