These apartments are about to become Condos due to new management. I have lived here since 1992 and at first, everything was great. A few years ago, however, things have been getting worst. The parking is not well at all. Even though I have lived here so many years, it is sometimes hard to get a close parking space to my building. If you don't mind walking, move right in. Cars are being broken into, and there are a few "crackhouses" both on and near the property as well as gangsters. The County Sheriff's department is doing security here.
