Stay Away!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived at Waterfall Glen for about 2 years. About 6 months ago, new owners came in and started converting the units to condos. Things went from bad to worse. I have had no fewer than *10* water leaks in my unit. I have had the drywall replaced, carpet shampooed, and walls spot painted to cover water stains more times than I care to admit.
Also, the public washer/dryer units are always broken. 2 washers and 2 dryers are shared among 8 units. I have called CoinMach (the people that own the machines) so many time that I have their phone number memorized. Another nice thing about the laundry is that the machines are located in the basement, which is flooded more often than not.
I have seen the results of cars being vandalized multiple times. In just the last couple months, my car was keyed, a neighbors 4 tires were slashed, and another neighbor had all the windows broken out of their car.
This year, management decided to order new AC units right before the summer season. Normally that is a good thing, but unfortunately, the units were back-ordered, and we were left without any air conditioning throughout most of June 2007.
My advise' Renting or buying, STAY AWAY!
