Terrible management

I purchased a condo in 2007 and had it remodeled. They didn't finish several things that I paid to have done. I did not know what I was getting into until I moved in and started experiencing the very bad management. For starters, it took Christina the then office manager over 2 months to have the light bulb changed on the outside 2 story of the building replaced. Per the association you are not supposed to have satelite dishes attached to the building/balconies- almost everyone has one except for me. I have made a complaint about this and was told they will ind the people who have them. The main A/C unit went out and when I called I was told it's my blower unit and my problem but for $50 the man would fix it off the clock. I told him no and he later knocked on my door and told me it was the main unit and he fixed it. Notices were put up that the pool would open 7/1, well it never did and I was told that they are fixing the bathrooms 1st. The pool house bathrooms were never fixed. The pool was re-painted and filled. The pool was never used for the season. You can have any size dog because there is no breed restriction as of yet since there hasn't been 80% of the condo's sold. This has allowed alot of dogs who are NOT KEPT ON LEASHES, NOT PICKED UP AFTER AND THEY ARE NOT BEING WALKED IN THE PARKWAY WHERE THEY ARE TO BE ONLY WALKED. I pick up after my dog ever time. I even walk my dog over to the parkway everday, several times a day. The onwers/tenants are constantly littering and can not even put their trash in the dumpsters. I have heard that building 27 has a terrible mold problem and the management denies this. A man in building 28 has 2 dogs who he walks in front of the building, doesn't pick up after them and he also has snowmobiles that he drives all over the lawns and rips up the lawns which next year I am sure our maintance fees will go up. Everytime the mgt posts a flyer stating to where to walk your dog etc the man in building 28 takes it down. There are too many people that live here that do not care how they live and have no regards for anyone else/the property.

And then there were the parkway lights that were all out for 2 months and I called Christina the mgr @ the time about it. Well I called Comed myself and they were working in 1 day!!!

Security is not needed and a waste of money. All the person does is walk to each building every so often. And only thru the 1st floor, why not the 2nd floor' Besides the complex has cleaned up very well from when I first moved in and I mean by all of the shady people moving out.

In the fall there was a new office mgr named Joanna. She seemed really good and then got bad really quick. She will not return your call about complaints and will have her ast give you the run around. I was told that she needs to know who the people/person is and what unit they are in so they can be called. I will not start following people. Mgt really needs to step it up.

I hope the maket picks up next year because I will be selling. And I don't care if I will be in competition w/ the realtor who is selling the other condos. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
