I feel like perhaps I'm in the minority here, but we purchased a condo here earlier this year and couldn't be happier. All of the upgrade renovations purchased were completed and well constructed. The construction staff even went above and beyond and installed custom light fixtures we bought that were not part of their original upgrade options.

Any fixes that needed to be performed by the staff have been completed within a couple days of calling and all of the staff has always acted in a very professional manner. Additionally, any complaints about other tenants and upkeep issues have been handled promptly.

The other tenants I have met have all seemed like good people. I'm not sure what other people expect, but you have to realize that all of these condos cost between $100K - $200K, so you're going to get a wide mix of middle class individuals and families. Sure I have met a few people who irk me more than others, but it's been nothing to get overly upset about and you just deal with their quirks.

There has been a lot of work done on landscaping with the renovations and while it's nothing award winning it's all well maintained and presentable. The cleaning staff that comes to clean the common areas of the buildings does a good job as well.

As far as any water problems, water does collect in rather large amounts in the courtyards after a good rain storm, but we've never had any issues with flooding, mold, etc.

Like they say, you get what you pay for. These are modestly priced condos and I feel that what you get for the purchase price and the assessment fees is great considering how little it actually costs to live here compared to other real estate on the market.
